Bright Horizons Family Solutions offer a management opportunity for a Nursery Manager. We are seeking an exceptional early years professional with excellent leadership & customer service skills, business acumen & the ability to deliver high quality child care & early years education according to National Standards.
This 88 place nursery is a new, purpose built centre with a large garden area and serves a multicultural group of families from Cambridge University.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of several years management experience, good knowledge of National Standards & Foundation Stage Curriculum, with a Level 3 Early Years qualification or a relevant degree as recognised by the CWDC. Having or working towards the EYP status is desirable.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate strong leadership ability, good communication skills and experience of working with parents as partners. You will assist and support the manager with the operational functions of the nursery, the implementation of child care and curriculum activities for children aged 3months-5 years, whilst ensuring the safety and supervision of children at all times and assist with staff supervision. It is a 50 place nursery with an Out of School Club.
